I am writing a letter of recommendation on behalf of Glen Whitt and Big Time Advertising. I have personally worked with Glen for the past 26 years. Sixteen years ago when I purchased Hilton Head Automotive; Big Time was my only choice to handle the advertising responsibilities.

The business relationship we have built the flexibility so each month we can rework budgets or creative without fear of being nickel-and-dimed or losing the integrity of our commercials. Glen and his team always take the time to ensure we are happy with each month’s medial plan.

I would not have placed my company in the hands of an agency for 16 years that I did not trust to work on my behalf. They have been a committed agency. Each year they negotiate media to get the best bang for my buck. They have built working relationships with the stations to get the best rates and to be the first to call for any last minute opportunities or fire-sales. Schedules are not placed without Big Time’s commitment to creating a monthly plan that will profit for us. Plus, billing always comes in on budget. I also feel comfortable placing the responsibilities of co-op compliance in their hands. The creative is some of the best I’ve seen out on the market and we are never gimmicky or outdated. I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Glen Whitt and his company Big Time Advertising, Inc. Glen and his company has assisted in my advertising efforts for various dealerships since the spring of 2000 and has done a great job in helping develop the branding I look for with a premium and consistent approach. The dealerships are always represented in the market and have had an increase in results with the assistance of Big Time Advertising’s marketing.

Their team has mainly focused on TV, radio and in the past some print advertising. They handle all of the creative, production, submissions to the stations and invoicing from the stations with direct billing to them instead of us having to pay the individual stations or vendors. I also appreciate that they have ensured that we have stayed compliant with the manufacturer to ensure that they have everything needed for Co-op payments. That is not an easy process, especially with BMW to ensure that everything is perfect and compliant.

I have always had great feedback from our vendor partners about the relationships they have working with Glen and his team. They take the time necessary to develop those relationships in each market in a very professional and trustworthy fashion. They work very closely each week with the stations to ensure proper placement of our ads and take advantage of additional cost savings opportunities that are offered to them.
