Glen Whitt, Owner and President

Glen began a career in marketing and advertising in 1986 working in the special event industry for SRO/PACE promoting over 80 events annually across the nation. He formed Big Time Advertising in 1998 and still today maintains client relationships with some of his first customers. Glen’s goal is to bring effective, efficient ad campaigns to his clients and maintain long term relationship through trusted customer service. Our goal will always be to treat each customers business like it’s our own. We have been placing media since 1998 and have a thorough understanding of Media Buying, Account Servicing and Creative Execution.


Lana Carlton, Director of Business Development

Lana brings 7 years of previous experience in servicing local clients with their business growth by producing and R.O.I through broadcast television, Online and Mobile applications. Lana has a proven track record with her clients for providing excellent customer service and a vested interest in the businesses that she represents. Her ability to bring “BIG Ideas” to grow the business of clients was recognized an unprecedented TWO times among all 46 national Raycom Television Stations. The combination of a solid plan, BIG Idea’s and perfect execution of these elements keep your marketing and advertising working for you and this is carefully supervised when you are partnered with Lana Carlton.


Steve Hensley, Senior Account Executive

Steve has over 30 years of experience in television sales and management, allowing clients to rest assured that they are receiving the absolute best that the stations have to offer at the lowest cost. He welcomes the challenges that businesses face in today’s business climate and has the knowledge to help his clients find the best solutions. Clients benefit from the relationships that Steve has developed and nurtured throughout his career. Sally Green, Media Director

Sally has nearly 30 years of media planning and buying experience with an emphasis in the automotive and McDonald’s restaurants. Sally began her career working on the introduction of Acura back in the Mid 80’s, and has led Tier 2 media efforts for a number of brands including Ford, Audi, Chrysler and Jeep. After moving from Detroit in 2007, her focus has been specifically on Tier 3 business and assisting local dealers build their sales. Sally captures the confidence of clients with strong media skills, a sense of integrity and professional dedication.


Anna Cook, Account Services Manager

Anna has over three years of experience in automotive advertising particularly with the Ford and Lincoln brands. She was a Project Manager for GTB advertising agency in Dearborn, MI where she handled the Model Year Change Over process for Ford and Lincoln websites. Prior to working at GTB, Anna worked in marketing and communications in the insurance and non-profit industries and attended Grand Valley State University studying Advertising and Public Relations.


Keith Nicolini, Head of Production Services

Nicolini has been involved in television production for over 15 years, starting out as a videographer/editor for a local FOX affiliate. While still at Ball State University (David Letterman’s alma mater), Nicolini directed regional PBS television shows. Nicolini has worked on many national televised programs including the Xtreme Sprint Series – Sprint Car Racing for Fox Sports Net. His experience includes TV, radio and print advertising, corporate video, website and social media development, and strategic branding.


Brandon Boyd, Head of Digital Marketing

Brandon has been involved in creative design and web marketing for over 20 years. In addition to his corporate and nonprofit experience, Brandon has acted as a creative and marketing consultant for many different niches and industries including real estate, automotive, outdoor, environmental, non-profits, and many others. An accomplished direct response copywriter and relentless tester of online media, Brandon develops highly effective marketing funnels that combine direct mail, landing pages, and pay-per-click and banner advertising that work in tandem with TV and radio – and delivering outstanding results for our clients.
